QuanCo Quality Surveyors was established in January 2004 and specializes in the project financial management of all building projects. QuanCo offers the following:

  • Estimating the development cost at planning / feasibility stage; advising on various courses of action and procedures to suit the particular requirements of the project.
  • Procurement of suitable building contractors(s); preparing documents for the tender procedure; negotiating the construction cost with a contractor; including financial comparisons with the budget.
  • Preparing schedules of predicted cash flows.
  • Evaluating and verifying monthly interim claims from the contractor; ensuring a market related cost is paid for approved variations.
  • Maintaining a running cost report of estimated final costs and monitoring against budget; highlighting possible overruns in advance.
  • Agree the final account with the contractor; act as cost specialist in any disputed between the client and contractor.
